Have you heard about Detox?

Detox consists of a diet that cleans your body.

This diet makes your body feel lighter and healthy. It's basic a diet where you only eat foods that have, in addition to healthy components, strict controls of toxins and waste products that are entrenched inside and cause your body pass to accumulate fat and therefore put on weight.

A detox diet is recommended for people who cannot sleep quietly, suffer from headaches and high fatigue, pain, causing the end of the day the person feel highly tired and listless.
