To tick up a good mascara you have to know every type of it!
Exist mascara to make the effect of long eyelashes, voluminous or tick. However, nothing will result if you don't apply the mascara in the right way. Rick Silva, of the Sonia Nest studio, in Rio de Janeiro, says what are the errors and how to avoid them.
Exaggerate the amount: What we usually do is open the mascara and apply it with a lot of product, which is wrong. The right way is to clean the mascara a little bit so take out the amount of mascara and then a apply it on your eyelashes.
Apply more than once: It's okay to apply more than one time but with balance. Apply once, wait for it to dry and then you can apply it again. Applying mascara without drying can make your eyelashes stick.
Doing wrong moviments: The right way to apply mascara can make the difference at the end of your makeup routine. Do horizontal and parallel moves from top to bottom.
Weight in lower eyelashes: when you apply, put your head back and pass the mascara from the root of the eyelash to the tip of it.
Using an old mascara: A mascara also has an expiration date and when it's over, it's time to throw it out, to avoid allergies and infections.
Doing curve the wrong way: The curve is a good ally for a great makeup result. Apply every time before using the mascara, so you don't break the eyeleashes, and pass the dryer for 3 seconds.
Use a make-up remover: the same makeup remover for your face isn't good for your eyelashes. You need a better one and more oily. To avoid broken eyelashes.
