Half of Japan is on high alert

Nangka is going to have the 11th hurricane of this season.

It will come from the Western Pacific to Southwestern Japan in 20 km/per hour and winds reaching 200km/per hour, says meteorological agency of Japan (JMA).

The hurricane will bring abundant rainfall and heavy swell. So it was announced a red alert in major part of south, east and center of Japan. Nangka, the name of the hurricane, will touch the ground tonight in Shikoku island and go to Honshu island on the southeast.

In Shikoku, the authorities recommend withdrawal of 4.200 people in the area of Kochi and it was cancelled 140 flies for today, says NHK station.
