It's always about the strength to try!

The "Crossfit" have been growing much more fans in all Portugal. For that, they began to open many gyms. The "Crossfit" or "Cross Training" started in EUA (2000) and it's a different exercise. Usually they are practiced In the gym. The training is about the strength and the use of body weight, combine with the rowing exercise, jump rope and... turn tires.

It's not as simple as it seems!

The equipment used in this sport are, Olympic lifting bars, dumbbells, body bars, elevation, kettelbells, medicine balls and boxes (boxes to train jumps).

A recent study shows that the benefits of "Cross fit" are the body composition and the aerobic capacity (VO2 Max, is the maximum amount of oxygen that you can carry and use during exercise).

In the body changes, the study reveals that the people who do "Crossfit" have a real and relevant body change. Wherever it's a man or a woman, they lost a high percentile of fat in a short time. The aerobics capacity improved in all the persons.

It's important to talk about the injuries. In the study were there some people who give up because of injuries. This kind of sport is really hard and intense, so it has to be done with care.

So if you like sport and never do "Crossfit", try doing it! Don't be afraid of the videos in social media... It's a wonderful experience!
